Interventions Manager

Collaboration and Workflow: Users can track Referral's when accessing Interventions Manager using a variety of different tools available when managing the life cycle of a Referral; the ability to create, edit and manage the Referral itself as it passes between teams, departments and agencies.

The system is designed so that information is readily available to all who require it, including Prisons, Probation etc.

Wide Range of Functions: The user can manage all types of interventions from complex group Accredited Programmes to CPOs, deliver, monitor and report Programme Attendances, Educational Achievement, Drug and Alcohol testing, and compliance with Community Orders all in one facility.

Interventions Manager is built with an easy to use interface in mind, ensuring users can easily navigate and interact with the wide variety of functions.

Resource Management: The Interventions Manager system is designed in the best interest of the user - they are able to plan, schedule and track the delivery of group and one-to-one activities.

This allows people with convictions to be managed thoroughly through a set of scheduled sessions. The functions include the monitoring of attendance, engagement, understanding and achievement.

Software As A Service: Interventions Manager is available at a national or local level; as well as in both the Community and the Custodial Estate.

Interventions Manager utilises the existing nDelius interface to receive all requirements and post all events to Case Management.

Interventions Manager is accessible on all browsers over a secure internet or the PSN.

Evidence Manager

Ease of Use: Evidence Manager provides a single repository for organisations looking to store a large volume of digital material securely and efficiently, ready for selection. Users have the ability to edit, bundle and publish the digital material.

Designed with a simple to use interface, an Evidence Manager user can easily navigate and find specific pieces or collections of evidential material.

High Levels of Integration: Designed to interact with a variety of other systems, Evidence Manager can interface with existing Case management and Forensic Management Systems. It's MOPI compliant, and can be directly presented to large screens, tablets or phones without the need for specialist hardware.

Evidence Manager will allow a user to bundle together pieces of evidence into a case file, which can be distributed to all involved parties.

Single System: With the ability to upload, access, modify and publish material from desktops and mobile devices, Evidence Manager improves efficiency by having all material available in one central place, eliminating the need to chase different departments and organisations for pieces of evidence.

Evidence Manager allows for easy access, distribution, and sharing to all parties involved in the case throughout the Criminal Justice process.

Uniform Format of Media: Evidence Manager automatically converts files into a uniform file types for ease of use whilst still retaining the original file. The system also allows for low resolution video files for low bandwidth streaming and easy of access.

The digital material can be presented on large screens, laptops, tablets, phones etc. Modifications and key updates to documents can be executed rapidly, and distributed in a tightly controlled manner.

Ease of Use: he Operator accesses the digital material from the secure cloud, and controls what is displayed via a dual screen laptop; giving full control over how material is presented. The system effectively avoids delays and pauses while digital material is found, as well as being more secure than paper-based hearings.

Proven in the most demanding environment: Over the past two years, Hearings Manager has helped our lawmakers in the Commons and Lords migrate from a deep-rooted, paper based process into a simple, functional and interactive digital world - a world which they have fully embraced.

Software-as-a-Service: Hearings Manager can be made available anywhere in the country in any court or hearings room with available connectivity. As a service this is delivered with Support from SC Cleared Service Desk and Infrastructure Engineers.

Body Worn Video Manager

Recording and storage of video evidence: BWV Manager's open architecture supports multiple cameras storing data on premise or in the cloud.

Device Management: Our check out/check in process ensures that no one can check a camera out until it has been checked in, and all recordings uploaded. Uploading can take place using wired docking stations, or by authorised users accessing wifi.

Evidential Integrity: Information cannot be lost or tampered with. Because a master copy is always maintained without modification, video editing can be carried out at all times. A full audit trail is maintained using digital signatures.

Modern Slavery Act – Guiding Principles This statement is made for and on behalf of i2N Ltd pursuant to Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”) and constitutes our Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement (“Statement”) for the financial year ending 31 July 2017.

i2N is a limited company registered in England (CRN 03735340). It provides Information Technology software and associated services. Adhering to the highest ethical and professional standards is one of our guiding principles. We are committed to preventing slavery or human trafficking in any aspect of our business or supply chain.

We have undertaken an assessment of the risks of slavery or human trafficking and reviewed our existing business policies and procedures to ensure that the preventive measures are appropriate and proportionate to the level of risk. Our Recruitment and Selection policy requires all potential employees to provide evidence of entitlement to work in the UK.

Our third party supply chain includes providers of office supplies, security personnel, catering and cleaning services as well as businesses which supply us with IT systems and support. We require suppliers to be compliant with the Act and hold regular review meetings with them to monitor and audit performance. We require our suppliers to pay the National Living Wage.
